About the Department

General Services Department was established by the Office of the Head of Civil Service of the Federation on the 11th March 2014 through circular HCSF/CMO/EM/243/17.

Objectives
The Department’s mandate is to ensure a conducive and comfortable work environment, facilities, and equipment for the workforce towards achieving the ministry’s objectives.

⦁    Maintenance of Facility and Plants

Our Projects
⦁    Installation of Solar Power to key offices
⦁    Acquisition of prepaid meter for the Ministry
⦁    Acquisition of prepaid meter for the Ministry

The General Service Department consists of 104 Staff, out of which Admin, Executive, Store and Maintenance are 25 in number and the remaining 79 are Drivers in the Hqtrs and outstation.
